Refund Policy

1. Membership Subscriptions
Every Le Jardin Kitchen membership includes a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged anything during the trial period. If you cancel before your trial ends, your card is never billed.
After your first paid charge, you have 30 days to request a full refund for any reason. To request a refund, email us at info@lejardinnj.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Refund requests made more than 30 days after your first payment are considered at our discretion and may be granted in cases of billing error or exceptional circumstances.
2. Physical Products -- Return Window
Physical products purchased from our kitchen store may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be: unused and in its original condition; in the original packaging; and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order reference number).
To initiate a return, email us at info@lejardinnj.com with your order reference and reason for return. We will provide a return address and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
3. Return Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to post the credit.
4. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for return or refund unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival: items marked as final sale; items with obvious signs of use beyond initial inspection; perishable goods (not applicable to our current product range); downloadable digital content once accessed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lejardinnj.com with your order reference and a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
