Every recipe we publish has been made, tested, adjusted, and made again until it works reliably at home.

Our kitchen store is curated on the same principle: we only stock tools we use ourselves. No gimmicks, no unnecessary gadgets. Just the things that genuinely make cooking better.

Marc spent five years as a pastry chef in Lyon before discovering his passion for teaching. His obsession with precision -- correct temperatures, exact weights, the science behind fermentation -- makes him the go-to voice on anything involving flour, yeast, and butter at Le Jardin.
