Cheese and Herb Omelette
A French-style folded omelette with Gruyere, chives, and parsley -- ready in under five minutes.



In the Kitchen
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 30g Gruyere grated
- 1 tbsp chives chopped
- 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley chopped
- Salt and white pepper
Method

Beat eggs with water, salt, and pepper until just combined.

Melt butter in a small non-stick pan over high heat; add egg mixture.

Stir with a fork, shaking the pan, until eggs just set on the bottom.

Add cheese and herbs, fold omelette in thirds and slide onto a plate.
