Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 30g Gruyere grated
  • 1 tbsp chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley chopped
  • Salt and white pepper

Method

Beat eggs with water, salt, and pepper until just combined.
