Classic Lemonade with Mint
Fresh-squeezed lemonade with a mint simple syrup, served over crushed ice.

Ingredients
- 8 lemons juiced
- 200g caster sugar
- 200ml water for syrup
- Large bunch fresh mint
- 1.2L cold water
- Crushed ice
- Lemon slices to garnish
- Extra mint sprigs
Method

Make mint syrup: heat sugar and 200ml water until dissolved; add mint and steep 10 minutes.

Strain out mint; cool syrup completely.

Combine lemon juice, mint syrup, and cold water. Taste and adjust sweetness.

Serve over crushed ice with lemon slices and fresh mint.
