Ceremonial Matcha Latte
Vibrant ceremonial-grade matcha whisked with hot water and steamed oat milk for a creamy latte.



In the Kitchen
Ingredients
- 2 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha
- 60ml hot water at 80C
- 200ml oat milk steamed and frothed
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of fine salt
Method

Sift matcha into a small bowl to remove lumps.

Add 60ml hot water; whisk in a rapid W-motion until frothy.

Steam oat milk until hot and microfoamy. Add maple syrup to cup.

Pour matcha concentrate into cup; gently pour steamed milk and top with froth.
