Belgian Waffles with Strawberries
Deep-pocket Belgian waffles with a crisp shell, topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs separated
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Fresh strawberries
- Whipped cream
Method

Whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together.

Beat yolks with milk, butter, and vanilla; fold into dry ingredients.

Whip egg whites to stiff peaks and fold gently into batter.
