Granola and Berry Breakfast Bowl

Honey-roasted oat clusters with Greek yogurt, seasonal berries, and a drizzle of raw honey.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • Extra honey to serve

Method

Preheat oven to 160C. Mix oats, nuts, honey, coconut oil, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Spread on a lined baking tray and bake 20-25 minutes, stirring once, until golden.

Leave to cool completely so it forms clusters.

Serve Greek yogurt in bowls, top with granola and fresh berries, drizzle honey.
