Turkey and Avocado Club
A triple-decker club with sliced turkey, avocado, crispy bacon, tomato, and Dijon aioli.



In the Kitchen
Ingredients
- 12 white bread slices toasted
- 400g sliced turkey breast
- 2 avocados sliced
- 8 rashers crispy cooked bacon
- 3 vine tomatoes sliced
- Gem lettuce leaves
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Method

Mix mayonnaise and Dijon. Spread on all toast slices.

Build first layer: toast, lettuce, turkey, tomato, season.

Add second toast layer: avocado, bacon, a little more aioli.

Top with final toast slice, press lightly, and skewer with cocktail sticks. Cut diagonally.
