Grilled Chicken and Avocado Wrap
Sliced grilled chicken, avocado, roasted peppers, and romaine in a chargrilled tortilla wrap.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 2 avocados sliced
- 1 jar roasted red peppers
- Romaine lettuce shredded
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp cumin
- Smoked paprika
- Salt
Method

Rub chicken with cumin, paprika, and salt; grill or pan-fry 6 minutes per side.

Rest chicken 5 minutes then slice thinly.

Mix yogurt with lime juice and a pinch of cumin as a sauce.

Spread sauce on tortilla, layer lettuce, peppers, avocado, and chicken; roll and grill briefly.
