Neapolitan Pizza Margherita
Wood-fired style pizza with San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and fragrant basil.



In the Kitchen
Ingredients
- 500g 00 pizza flour
- 7g instant yeast
- 325ml warm water
- 10g salt
- San Marzano tomatoes pureed
- 250g fresh mozzarella torn
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
Method

Mix flour, yeast, water, and salt; knead 10 minutes. Rest covered 1-2 hours.

Divide into 4 balls; stretch on a floured surface to 30cm rounds.

Spread tomato sauce, add mozzarella, and bake at maximum oven heat on a preheated stone.

Top with basil and a drizzle of olive oil straight from the oven.
