Classic Greek Salad
Chunky cucumber, ripe tomatoes, kalamata olives, and a thick slab of feta with oregano and olive oil.



In the Kitchen
Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes cut in chunks
- 1 cucumber sliced in half-moons
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 200g barrel-aged feta block
- 100g kalamata olives
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and cracked black pepper
Method

Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, pepper, and olives in a large bowl.

Season generously with salt and let sit 5 minutes to draw juices.

Drizzle with olive oil and scatter dried oregano.

Lay the feta block on top (do not crumble) and grind over black pepper.
