Smoked Salmon Bagel Board
A loaded DIY bagel station with smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, and all the trimmings.



In the Kitchen
Ingredients
- 4 bagels halved and toasted
- 200g smoked salmon
- 200g cream cheese
- 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 lemon cut in wedges
- Fresh dill
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Cracked black pepper
Method

Arrange toasted bagel halves on a large wooden board.

Spoon cream cheese into a small bowl and place at one corner.

Drape smoked salmon in folds and arrange cucumber, onion, and capers around.

Garnish with dill and lemon wedges; let guests build their own bagels.
