Full English Brunch Platter

The complete weekend platter -- bacon, eggs, sausage, beans, grilled tomatoes, and sourdough toast.

Ingredients

  • 4 rashers back bacon
  • 2 pork sausages
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 2 vine tomatoes
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 2 slices sourdough
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • HP sauce to serve

Method

Grill sausages and bacon under a medium grill turning once until cooked through.

Halve tomatoes and mushrooms; fry in butter until golden.

Fry eggs in a separate pan to your preference. Heat beans in a small saucepan.

Toast sourdough and arrange everything on a warm plate. Serve with HP sauce.
